Study Background:
Though many people date online via dating apps and websites, there is very little research about how successful dating apps are in matching potential partners. We are interested in evaluating G-Date's ability to enhance the success of speed dating. Study visits will take place at G-Date's beta-testing site at Rowan University, with virtual options also available!

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the best speed dating questions for a new dating app.
You may qualify for this study if you meet the following criteria.

- Identify as a man
- Have had sexual contact with a man in the last 12 months
- Have used a dating app in the last 12 months
- Between the ages of 18-30
Participating in this study will involve a one-time 90 minute beta-test either in-person at Rowan University or virtually via Zoom. Participation will also include an online follow up survey about nine months later via email.
During the beta-test, participants will try out different features of the app, including the speed dating component, in which participants will have the opportunity to interact with potential candidates. Participants will then complete several post-chat questionnaires and surveys about their experiences.

Participants will be paid $30 for the initial beta-test of the app and an additional $20 for completing the online survey nine months later.
There is no cost for you to participate in this study.
