Study Background What makes people want to eat certain foods? Foods we have access to or eat often go through different degrees of processing, cooking, or packaging. The tastes, textures, smells, or memories we have of these different types of foods can make us want them more or less. It is important to understand how people respond to these different foods. This survey will investigate how people perceive foods that have gone through different levels of processing. Understanding how Oklahomans make choices about the food they eat could lead to better programs to improve public health.
