The NC Registry for Brain Health is a mailing list of people who are interested in learning about ongoing research studies in North Carolina that are designed to improve brain health and prevent conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
If you are interested in learning more about this ongoing research or to get involved in these types of studies, now or in the future, please join the NC Registry for Brain Health. Joining is easy and free! You must be 18 years of age or older to register. People with and without memory disorders are welcome.
The information you provide in this enrollment form will help us to determine if you may be eligible to participate in specific studies. As studies become available, we will send you information to see if you'd be interested in participating. You are NOT obligated to participate in any study you are contacted about, and you can change your mind at any time about being enrolled in the Registry.
