Study Background
The Endocrine Division at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) is partnering with women with anorexia nervosa, who are not having regular menstrual periods (periods don't have to be completely absent, but monthly periods are an exclusion criteria).

We are studying the use of a hormonal patch as a treatment for bone loss in women with low body weight.

Your participation in this study may help us evaluate the efficacy of transdermal, physiologic estrogen replacement as a treatment for bone loss in adult women with anorexia nervosa. Join our compensated study today!
