Study Background
Our researchers invite you to join the Pharmecuetically Enhanced Reinforcement for Reduction of Alcohol and Smoking Study (PERRAS). The purpose of this study is to evaluate a treatment program for adults diagnosed with Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) who smoke cigarettes regularly and are seeking treatment.

Program participants will receive free Chantix (varenicline) treatment and behavior therapy, including brief counseling visits every other week.
