Additional Information
This study aims to understand the effectiveness of the combination of 2 medications to treat cocaine addiction. The two medications are extended-release naltrexone and extended-release buprenorphine.
You may qualify for this study if you meet the following criteria.

- Ages 18-65
- Currently uses cocaine regularly
- Considering stopping or reducing cocaine use
- Not currently in treatment for substance abuse
- If female, not currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
- Have not been in a prior research study for cocaine use disorder in past 6 months
- Able to come to 2 outpatient study visits per week
Participants in this study will receive a total of 5 injections over 8 weeks. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either: 1) the two medications mentioned or 2) placebo injections.
Compensation up to $1,603 is provided for participation in the study.
Study participants will be provided with study medication and study related procedures at no cost to them or their insurance.
