About Our Research Study
Help researchers at NYU Langone Health understand how lifestyle and environmental factors influence health and fertility through a research study.
The purpose of NYC FREE is to collect data needed to understand how people’s background health, behavior, and everyday exposures — to things like pollution, plastics, and pesticides — affect their reproductive potential. We’ll ask you to fill out questionnaires, come in for periodic study visits in which we’ll take some basic measurements including body composition and blood pressure, and provide biospecimens such as urine, blood, saliva, and semen (if applicable).

The data we collect will be used to research fertility, pregnancy, and risk factors for childhood and adult diseases that may lead to better and more effective treatment options and improvement in quality of life.
