This research study aims to determine whether measuring specific biomarkers in the brain of people with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder can help improve treatment outcomes.
You may qualify to participate in this study if you meet the following criteria.

Key criteria:
- 18-60 years old
- Diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder
- Willing to possibly change some of your medications
- No substance or alcohol use disorder
Participation in this study will involve the following:
- Screening procedures to determine eligibility include cognitive testing, tests to measure electrical activity in the brain (EEG), eye tracking, clinical interviews, physical exam, and blood tests.
- Weekly study visits for 14-18 weeks may include more cognitive testing, blood tests, medical evaluations, EEG, eye tracking, clinical interviews, and receiving the study medication.
Participants will receive between $20 and $25/hour for participating in our research study.
There is no cost for you to participate in our research program.
