Study Background Finding the right depression treatment isn't always easy. For about half of people with depression, the first medication they try isn't the right fit. Researchers believe that one of the reasons why matching a person to the right treatment is so difficult is because everyone has different biological indicators (biomarkers) that may contribute to their depression in unique ways. The purpose of this study is to learn more about specific biomarkers associated with anhedonia (loss of interest) in people with depression and evaluate how they may help predict antidepressant efficacy. Your participation in this study could lead to better treatments for depression in the future. Further research and join our compensated study today! |
